impolite person poor greeting
The check-in process was not good I was just handed a card with no instructions or directions to my room I did not even know what floor it was on. The person at reception was not very polite either he never smiled or greeted me during my five-day stay. I could stand at the front desk for five minutes and be completely ignored by him the staff should improve on that. He made no effort to acknowledge my presence.

great location clean room helpful staff
the location is really great! it's so close to the metro (it is just outside the door). i felt safe walking around, even late at night. the room was very clean, and the staff was helpful. i really recommend it!

Underwhelming stay, Some issues with room and service.
unfriendly person unpleasant smell
I found a few problems that bothered me. The check-in person wasn't friendly and hardly spoke to me. My room had damaged walls. The bedding had an unpleasant smell. It smelled like body odor. I also thought the bathroom floor felt sticky. I did not like that.
